For the 4th time Ultimus Prime would like to welcome you to the beautiful beaches
in the Netherlands. In the middle of the summer, with an average temperature of 22
degrees we will have a lot of intense games, nice food and a relaxed beach party
for you! Ultimate for everybody in all possible levels. A last preparation for the WK
beach, or meeting with some old ultimate friends, it is all possible!

When: August 13-14, 2011
Format: Open tournament, but women are strongly encouraged to attend. 28-32
teams, 7 fields, loads of playing time. Tournament rules are explained here.
Where: The Hague, Holland. The tournament will again take place in Monster, a
small town near The Hague. Accomodation and party are next to fields. Take a look
at the map and accomodation details.
Friday evening arrival
Players are welcome at the campsite starting at 17:00. There will be an unofficial
welcome party in a local bar!
Breakfast, Dinner and Party
Breakfast is Saturday and Sunday morning (8:00 - 9:30). You can make your own
lunch as well. Please bring your own plate, cup and utensils! Location: campsite.
BBQ starting as of 18:30. Please bring your own plate, cup, and utensils! Location:
JAMM Beach Club.
Again, a wicked costume party with a live band and DJ! Location: JAMM Beach Club

on Saturday morning

We're still working out the details, but this is certain:
Players welcome at the campsite on Friday: 17:00
First games on Saturday morning: 9:00am
Everything finished on Sunday: 17:00
Costs: player's fee will be EUR 55-60. There is no team fee. The player's fee
includes breakfast (Saturday and Sunday, make your own sandwiches for lunch),
dinner (Saturday evening), Friday evening welcome party, Saturday night costume
bash with live band, plenty of ultimate, a beautiful tournament disk and of course lots
of sunshine.

Cancellation/refund policy: If you've paid and your team has to cancel (i.e. if you
can't bring at least 5 players), then the following refund policy applies:
Full refund: Cancel on or before July 1, 2011
50% refund: Cancel on or before July 16, 2011
No refund: Cancel after July 31, 2011
If the number of players on your team change, let us know as soon as possible. We
won’t make a problem of it, but to make sure you will have enough food to keep you
playing we would like to know how much we should order!
