  When: August 28-29, 2010.

  Format: Open tournament, but women strongly encouranged to attend. 28 teams, 7 fields, loads of playing time. Tournament rules are explained here.

  Where: Monster, Holland. The tournament will again take place in Monster. Accomodation and party are next to fields. Take a look at the map and accomodation details Note that this time we go to a different beach bar than the previous 2 years.

  Friday evening arrival
  Players are welcome at the campsite starting at 17:00. There will be an unofficial welcome party in the local bar at the campsite!

  Breakfast
  Breakfast is Saturday and Sunday morning (8:00 - 9:30). You can make your own lunch as well. Please bring your own plate, cup and utensils! Location: campsite.

  Registration
  Please register your team at the welcome party (at the campsite) or at the beach club on Saturday morning

  Schedule
  We're still working out the details, but this is certain:

  • Players welcome at the campsite on Friday: 17:00
  • First games on Saturday morning: 9:00am
  • Everything finished on Sunday: 17:00

  Saturday BBQ
  BBQ starting as of 18:30. Please bring your own plate, cup, and utensils! Location: JAMM Beach Club.

  Pickup players: Want to pick up with a team? Need pickup players for your team? Post a message on the forum or send us an email (contact info below).

  Party!: Once again, a wicked costume party with a live band and DJ. Details here

  Costs: player's fee will be EUR50. There is no team fee. The player's fee includes breakfast (Saturday and Sunday, make your own sandwiches for lunch), dinner (Saturday evening), Friday evening welcome party, Saturday night costume bash with live band, plenty of ultimate and of course lots of sunshine.

  Cancellation/refund policy: You can change the number of players on your team at any time - we'll settle the money at the tournament. If you've paid and your team has to cancel (i.e. if you can't bring at least 5 players), then the following refund policy applies:
  Cancel on or before July 20, 2010: full refund
  Cancel on or before August 10, 2010: 50% refund
  Cancel August 11, 2010 or after: no refund
